Made to Order

Every GREVANI piece is crafted specifically for you when you order. Because we don't hold mass inventory, production begins as soon as your order is confirmed — typically within 2–7 business days before it ships.

Shipping

• Production time: 2–7 business days.
• US shipping: 3–7 business days after production, depending on carrier and product.
• Tracking: a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
• International: available to select destinations; customs duties and taxes may apply.

Order updates go to the email used at checkout — please confirm your shipping address is correct, as we can't reroute packages once they've shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each GREVANI garment is made to order, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

• Report the issue within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
• Approved returns receive a replacement or a full refund (return shipping covered where applicable).
• We can't accept returns for sizing or preference on custom-made items — please review the size guide before ordering.
