Every GREVANI piece is made to order just for you, and our refund policy reflects that.

When You're Covered

You're entitled to a refund or replacement if your order:

  • Arrives defective or damaged;
  • Is the wrong item, size, or color due to our error; or
  • Is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery at goldleafdesignllc24@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • We'll review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel or change an order before it enters production — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Once an item is in production, it can't be cancelled.

Not Covered

  • Items returned for sizing or personal preference (please check the size guide).
  • Damage from normal wear or improper care.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
